This radiator uses a 40mm thick single row core for the best possible cooling whist keeping the radiator the same size as the original.
(Don’t get confused with “twin row” 40mm cores for better cooling as they actually cool worse)
Built on on a jig made from a genuine Ford radiator this XR3i fan is a direct replacement for the original radiator and retains the same shape as the FoMoCo pattern.
Due to its larger design it is also a great upgrade (intercooler depending) for RS Turbos due to having a 20% larger surface area than a turbo sized radiator.
Also a popular upgrade for Zetec powered cars wanting a little more piece of mind.
