Ford Escort RS Turbo MK4 Series 2 Twin Pass Intercooler

Twin pass intercooler designed for the Series 2 RS Turbo but will also fit the Series 1 when used with the Series 2 radiator.

This is our own take on an already popular design of front mount with some of our own changes.

Easy change mountings to suit a variety of set ups.

Cores have been built to our own specification and we have opened up the fin pitch slightly to help more air pass through to the radiator.

We have also sacrificed one tube row to reduce the overall stack height by 10mm. This means that the bonnet realise catch doesn’t sit on the intercooler preventing the bonnet from fully closing.

2” inlet and outlet is standard but can be changed to suit spec.
