Audi B7 RS4 OEM Fit Oil Cooler
Audi B7 RS4 OEM Fit Oil Cooler
A replacement oil cooler for the Audi B7 variant RS4.
As we know, the oil cooler arrangement on these cars can be problematic. Either the oil cooler leaks or the pipes and separating the two normally ruins both parts. This is due to the use of steel fittings on the aluminium cooler.
We’ve tried to alleviate this by using a female M26 fitting in the cooler so a far stronger stainless steel coupler can be used which is replaceable in the future should the thread get damaged.
Using a female fitting also means that the cooler can be used with any other combination of fittings such as AN/BSP if you wish to make up you own lines by simply screwing in the respective fitting.
The oil cooler itself is made from a UK made core and made on a jig built from a genuine cooler so all mountings are accurate and correct.
